PrenupWhen you’re marrying the man/woman of your dreams, you might find it utterly stupid to sign a prenuptial agreement. Well, there are valid reasons for thinking so. People, for the most part, believe that signing a pre-nup automatically equates to setting up a marriage for failure.

In fact, an article from the New York Times titled, If You Want a Prenup, You Don’t Want Marriage notes that signing one increases the risk of ending up unhappy and divorced. It also suggests that your chance of finding wedded bliss will be much higher if you don’t sign one.

Those who favor practicality, however, will argue that a prenuptial agreement is a wise way to enter a marriage. It can serve as a backup, giving you a greater sense of security in case the unfortunate happens. This is why some couples are considering seeking protection in case the marriage ends. It can save divorcing couples, arguments, anguish, and thousands or even millions of money.
